07.05.2016

Nearly 300 books on Armenian culture and art have for the first time been presented at 29th Tehran International Book Fair, which was launched on May 4.

The Fair will last 11 days.

Armenian stall director Armen Sarkesian noted that Yerevan has decided to participate in the fair, considering that Armenia marks 25th anniversary of its independence this year.

According to Sarkesyan, books on Armenian painting, novels and pictures, as well as modern and traditional carpet samples have been presented at the fair.

A large number of local and foreign books are exhibited at Tehran International Book Fair. "Tomorrow Is Too Late to Read" has been chosen as the motto of the fair this year.
