Azerbaijan MFA still affronts

November 18, 2013 | 13:51

As per the Azerbaijani MFA, this time Pl??cido Domingo Jr. has gone to Nagorno-Karabakh "without being issued a [respective] permit [from Azerbaijan]."

Commenting on this visit, Azerbaijani MFA spokesperson Elman Abdullaev stated: "The [Azerbaijani] Foreign Ministry once again confirms Azerbaijan?€™s principled stance that any unsanctioned visit to the occupied territories of Azerbaijan is unlawful, and this matter is investigated."

To note, Pl??cido Domingo Jr., son of world-renowned tenor Pl??cido Domingo, paid a visit to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) these days for a concert. And in response to a query as to whether or not he is afraid to be included on the Azerbaijani "black list" for visiting the NKR, the musician had joked saying that if he had a cigarette and a cup of coffee, he would be willing to even spend the night in Azerbaijan.
